There are several ways to treat brow descent and the best option depends on the patient's unique anatomy and goals. In general, Dr. Vrcek prefers to offer minimally invasive solutions such as endoscopic brow and forehead lifting.
For most patients, small hidden incisions in the scalp can be used to access the deep layers of the brows. The brows can then be lifted in a gentle and natural way that does not leave patients looking surprised, but still "opens" the eye region.
Bruising and swelling are typically minimal and patients can usually return to work in 5-7 days.
Best Brow Lift Plano
This patient was tired of friends and co-workers asking her if she was tired or feeling "ok."  She was very happy with the results following her upper eyelid ptosis repair, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and minimally invasive endoscopic brow lift with a chemical peel.  She was thrilled to be able to wear eye shadow again and is enjoying her natural, rejuvenated appearance.

Natural Brow Lift
This patient desired a natural improvement in her upper eyelids and brows to "open" the area around her eyes. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty and temporal approach brow lift with a hidden incision behind the hairline. The after photograph is taken at just 3 weeks after surgery.
